A 15-car pileup in a narrow express lane on the Tri-State Tollway near Deerfield snarled traffic for miles this morning, police said. No one was hurt in the accident, which occurred about 10 a.m. between Lake-Cook and Willow roads in the lone northbound express lane, state police Master Sgt. Ed Petrik said.
