Larkin auto club students volunteer at Love Elgin Day

On Saturday, April 30, 11 students from Larkin High School's automotive technology program and auto club volunteered their time at the biannual Love Elgin Day. The "LED" event is spearheaded by the churches in downtown Elgin to help those community member's in need of food, clothing, spiritual needs, medical services and auto services.

Jesus Deleon, John Benitez, Dan Villalobos, Ruben Dominguez, Josue Aguilar, Fred Saldana, Javier Conterras, Alex Nava, Miguel Arellano, Luis Ortiz, and Carson Garcia help families with car needs such as safety inspections, oil changes, light bulb repairs, and tire fill-up.
