Villa Park Resident Releases Cheap Trick Doc Online!

Matt Kissane has been a big fan of the rock group Cheap Trick since his days at Sacred Heart school and Montini High in Lombard, IL. He first remembers hearing the band on local radio around 8th grade the summer of 1979 with their monster hit I Want You To Want Me from their Live at Budokan LP. As the years went on Matt kept buying Cheap Trick's new releases even when they went thru many slumps in the 80's and 90's. Towards the end of the 90's Kissane found himself becoming friends with the band and even working for them from time to time as they weren't too far away in the Rockford area. Now that Cheap Trick has been nominated to be in 2016 Rock and Roll Hall of Fame it seems logical to make people aware of the Rock Doc!

In 1998 Matt took his Sony Super VHS camcorder on location to the band's annual fan convention called TrickFest at The Star Plaza in Merrillville Indiana! "I captured the bands live performances, behind the scenes stuff and interviews with fans from both the USA as well as internationally from the UK, Japan and Canada." said Kissane from his Villa Park residence. "I have a degree in Radio, TV and Film from The University of Maryland so I thought hey what better way to show my love for my favorite rock band of all time!"
