$100 allows special ed students to help others

Today's winner of a $100 bill through the Believe Project is Jean Kell of Lincolnshire.

Here is an excerpt of her story:

"My group of special education students are partaking in a Pay It Forward Project. They have to help three people in a unique and different way, but in a way that makes the biggest difference on their community. We are trying to teach them they have a lot to offer to the world and they have a lot of skills."

• The Believe Project is awarding $100 each day in December to a different person with a good idea for how to use the money to do a good deed for someone else. Submit your idea in 150 words or fewer at events.dailyherald.com/believe-project.
