Story of a police officer's kindness
Recently Officer Story of Lake in the Hills Police Department stopped while my granddaughter and I were walking our dog. The officer got out of the car and let my dog sniff him.
Then he put a Junior Officer police badge on my 2-year-old granddaughter.
A special thank you to Officer Story for taking the time not only to acknowledge us but for making us feel special.
God bless all that you officers do for us. I feel very safe living here in Lake in the Hills.
