'Maker the Movie' screening in Schaumburg
A new documentary film highlighting the "maker movement" will be screened to the public at 7 p.m. Thursday, March 19, at the Prairie Center for the Arts, 201 Schaumburg Court in Schaumburg.
The maker movement is an outlet where students, hobbyists, professionals and novices gather to find fun and creative solutions to everyday problems, engineer basic and complicated tools, and build beautiful works of art.
"Maker the Movie," is being shown in partnership with the Golden Corridor Advanced Manufacturing Partnership. Register for the screening at makerthemoviegcamp.eventbrite.com.
