Believe Project: $100 for gas money for sister

Today's winner of a $100 bill through the Believe Project is Sheryl Dugo of Elk Grove Village.

Here is an excerpt of her pitch:

"I would like the money for my sister, a single mom who has an 80-mile round trip commute for work five days a week. It would go toward gas, which takes so much of her money and with prices lower now would get more. I help her as much as I can. I know this is not a sad story as so many have been, but she still struggles financially and this would be so helpful."

• The Believe Project mails a $100 bill each day to someone with a good idea for how to use it to do a good deed for someone else.
