Visitation for former State Rep. Rosemary Mulligan on Wednesday
Visitation for former State Rep. Rosemary Mulligan will be held from 4 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at Oehler Funeral Home in Des Plaines.
Funeral services are private.
Mulligan, 73, died Dec. 30 after months of declining health. She served in the Illinois legislature from 1993 to 2013 representing Des Plaines, Park Ridge and the surrounding areas, and was a member of the Des Plaines Public Library Board, having recently been reappointed.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Avenues To Independence, a Park Ridge nonprofit organization that provides homes, jobs and other programs to adults with physical, intellectual, and other developmental disabilities.
Oehler Funeral Home is located at 2099 Miner St.
