FIT4MOM Opens Location in Bartlett Area

It seems that moms can't get enough of FIT4MOM, the women's fitness franchise for moms and mothers-to-be, as the company expands with an additional class location in the Bartlett area. Kelly Hronek, owner of both FIT4MOM Barrington and FIT4MOM Bartlett, contributes the expansion to the success of the program.

"My decision to open a new FIT4MOM franchise is a testament to the uniqueness of the program, as well as its effectiveness. Our customers enjoy the multiple benefits of both fitness and family," said Hronek, who opened her first FIT4MOM franchise in April 2014. "I look forward to offering even more moms and mothers-to-be fitness opportunities."

FIT4MOM is a total fitness program for new moms that they can do with their babies. It includes power walking and intervals of body toning using exercise tubing and the stroller. Taught by nationally certified instructors, it's a great workout for any level of exerciser. In 60 minutes, you will get a total body workout improving your cardiovascular endurance, your strength and your flexibility. The classes are equally beneficial for babies as instructors will weave songs through the workout and incorporate activities to make it fun. The classes are offered in parks, health clubs and shopping malls.

In addition to the classes, FIT4MOM offers playgroups and mom's night out, giving women an opportunity to socialize and further relationships.
