Join Leos for community service and leadership skills

The South Elgin Leo Club provides an opportunity for today's youth to learn what it is to serve. What better way to prepare them to be the leaders of tomorrow? Through Leo Club, students will learn who to plan and run various project throughout the year.

The Leo Club members are for children, age 12-18. However, they are also proud to sponsor a Junior Leo program for children, age 8-12.

Members do not need to live in South Elgin and parents do not need to be members of the Lions Club for their children to become Leos. The club meets on the second Wednesday of every month from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. For more information, contact Lion Laura Ledonne at (847) 888-9575.

The Leo Club motto is:

Leadership - Develop skills as a project organizer, time manager and team leader.

Experience - Learn how teamwork, cooperation and collaboration can bring exciting changes to your community and the world.

Opportunity - Make friends and feel the rewards of community service.
