New general manager named at Elk Grove Theatre
Classic Cinemas has named Tori Johnson the new general manager at the Elk Grove Theatre, 1050 Arlington Heights Road, Elk Grove Village.
Johnson, who has managed two other Classic Cinema theaters, said she enjoys the challenge of moving to a new theater.
"It's a challenge I enjoy taking on. It's nice to move around. I like getting to know a new market and customers," she says.
Johnson began her career at Classic Cinemas at the age of 16, and moved up to management at Charlestowne 18 Theatre in St. Charles while she attended college. Since was promoted to general manager at Fox Lake Theatre and later transferred to Cinema 12 as general manager.
