Highland Park's More Time for You Gives Busy People a Reprieve

The Bureau of Labor Statistics released the results of their annual survey this June on how Americans spend their days. They found that full-time workers have 4.09 hours of free time per day, including 3.34 hours on weekdays (and 5.87 hours per day on weekends).

"I don't know about you, but 4 hours per day of free time doesn't sound like it is enough time for us to take care of our family, act as caregiver, work, eat, play chauffer, pay the bills, etc. Then there are always the surprises, twists, and turns that eat up any extra time you may have set aside. So I created More Time for You www.moretimefor you.com so that people can make those meager free time hours more productive," according to Gayle Shapiro, whose Highland Park company offers personal assistance services that simply her clients' lives.

More Time for You's services include: sourcing and supervising tradespeople; running errands to the dry cleaner, tailor, pharmacy, etc.; grocery shopping; moving assistance; researching and sourcing the best deals for products and services; uncluttering services; waiting for home repair/cable service or delivery person; having your car washed, getting an oil change or even getting repair quotes; gift purchasing, wrapping and delivery, flower ordering; and assistance with funeral arrangements

"Giving people the time they need to attend to the important things in life is a service I wish I had when I was raising my family. Now, I can help busy people recover more hours so they can do the things in life that really matter," said Shapiro, who can be reached via email at gayle@moretimeforyou.com.
