Schaumburg Golf Club has limited opening Saturday

Spring has finally arrived for golfers. Schaumburg Golf Club, the Schaumburg Park District's 27-hole championship course, will have a limited opening on Saturday, April 5, when nine holes (the Players course) and the driving range will be open. The Tournament and Baer courses are scheduled to open on Friday, April 11. Walnut Greens, the district's 9-hole, par three course, will open Monday, April 7. Tee times may be made through or via the pro shop at (847) 885-9000. Leagues, private and group lessons, and special events are available at both courses. Children ages 5-12 learn fundamentals in the Junior Golf Program, and adult lessons are available for all abilities.
