Warrenville’s St. Irene celebates National Catholic Schools Week

St. Irene Catholic School will host open houses to celebrate National Catholic Schools Week from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 26, and from 9 to 11 a.m. Friday, Jan. 31, at the school, 3S601 Warren Ave., Warrenville, two minutes from Cantera.

Open houses are geared toward prospective students in preschool through eighth grade. Visitors can meet teachers, observe classrooms, talk to students and parents and learn about a St. Irene education. St. Irene offers 3- and 4-year-old preschool, full-day kindergarten and a challenging academic curriculum for students through eighth grade. In addition, a wealth of service projects and co-curricular activities help prepare graduates for high school and beyond.
