Coldwell Banker St. Charles Office Announces Sharon Behles to Join the McKay Group

NORTHBROOK, IL. (July 17, 2013) – Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage recently announced that award-winning Realtor Sharon Behles has joined the McKay Group.

Behles holds several designations including certified staging consultant, short sale professional, and certified negotiation consultant. Throughout her 6 years in real estate, she has created a niche with new residential construction and short sale/foreclosures/REO's. Behles' clients benefit from her firsthand insight of Chicagoland's neighborhoods that she has developed as a lifelong resident of the Fox Valley area.

Since buying and selling a home is one of the most important investment decisions one can make, Behles is sure to bring her clients' interests to the forefront by ensuring the service, communication, and attention they receive is equal to what she would expect for herself. Practicing this philosophy is what Behles credits as key in her achievement of the Rookie of the Year award in 2008.

“Sharon cultivates open, honest, and long lasting relationships with her clients while handling every transaction as if it were her own home,” says Michael Parent, manager of the St. Charles office. “We are thrilled to have her at our office.”

Behles is thrilled to join the team and can be reached at sharonbehles@gmail.com or 847-276-0821.
