D50 hosts Fit Fest:

Woodland Intermediate School at 1115 N. Hunt Club Road will host its first Fit Fest in the cafeteria. Fit Fest will introduce students and parents to the array of physical activities available within the Gurnee community. Various clubs, activities and representatives from such activities as lacrosse, volleyball, golf, BMX and soccer will have the opportunity to talk to attendees about the benefits and opportunities of their specific activity. All fourth through eighth grade students and their parents are encouraged to attend on Thursday, April 25 from 6 to 8 p.m. For more information, contact Jason Ahonen at (847) 596-5900.
