North Barrington Law Firm to Host Free Estate Planning Seminars

It takes more than a simple Will to protect your family's future. The North Barrington law firm, Kelleher & Buckley, LLC will be holding several free seminars to discuss why it's important to protect your assets and your family with a sound Estate Plan.

The seminars will be held on Thursday, February 28th and Thursday, March 14th at 7:00 p.m. at the North Barrington offices of Kelleher & Buckley, LLC, at 102 South Wynstone Park Drive, Suite 100.

The seminar, “What Happens to Your Assets and Family When Something Happens to You,” will address the use of Revocable Living Trusts, Gifting Strategies, IRA Planning, and other well-established tools to ensure that all you have worked for will not be gone when you are. The seminar will review how to manage your assets and finances so that the courts and tax authorities are not left to determine what happens to them after your death. The attorneys at Kelleher & Buckley encourage participants to come to the seminars with specific questions.
