Lake Villa Elementary District 41 hosts a community forum on Tuesday, Jan. 22 at 7 p.m. in the Palombi Middle School Gymnasium, 133 McKinley Ave., Lake Villa. Attendees should enter through the Student Activity entrance. Superintendent John Van Pelt and members of the Financial Advisory Committee, will present to parents and community members the pros and cons of several topics District 41 is studying to address financial constraints. The topics involve: closing a building, grade level centers, student programs and activities and a referendum. A question-and-answer session will follow the presentation.
