St. Charles

• Ryan D. Courtney, 27, of the 6N600 block of Brookhaven Lane, St. Charles, and William D. Signore, 23, of the 39W600 block of Carl Sandburg Road, Campton Hills, were charged with disorderly conduct at 11:30 p.m. Saturday in the 200 block of West Main Street, according to a police report. An officer reported seeing both men kick at a car after an altercation.

• Tevin J. Thompson, 18, of the 34W500 block of Wyoming Avenue, St. Charles, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia at 10:22 a.m. Dec. 5 at St. Charles East High School, 1020 Dunham Road, according to a police report. A teacher smelled marijuana smoke on Thompson and a plastic pen with marijuana residue on it was found in a search of his bookbag, the report said.

• Erica Leigh Wolny, 39, of the 3000 block of Marion Street, Elgin, was charged with driving under the influence, improper lane use and speeding after a traffic stop at 2:18 a.m. Friday in the 1600 block of West Main Street, according to a police report.

• Marc J. Okerblad, 21, of the 500 block of South Harrison Street, Batavia, was charged with resisting a peace officer and public drunkneess/disorderly conduct at 12:56 a.m. Saturday in the 200 block of West Main Street, according to a police report.
