Vernon Hills High School will host a holiday music festival on Tuesday, Dec. 18. Shows are set for 6 and 8 p.m. The choirs and the symphony and philharmonic orchestras will perform. Admission to the first show is free, with a donation of food or cash for the Vernon Township food pantry. Admission to the second show is $5, with proceeds benefiting the food pantry. Tickets for the 8 p.m. concert only are available online at: seatyourself.biz/vhhscougars. Click on the Holiday Concert event in the calendar on Dec. 18 to bring up the seating chart.
