The Ela Historical Society and Museum at 95 E. Main St., Lake Zurich has a political pin collection on display. With the Nov. 6 election only a few weeks away, historical society officials invite area residents to stop by and reminisce about past elections. They also ask if anyone with past political pins is interested in sharing them with the society. Call (847) 438-2086. The museum is open Saturdays and Thursdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
