Lincolnshire-Prairie View Elementary District 103 announces the start of new student registration for families residing within the district boundaries with children entering kindergarten through 8th grade for the 2012/13 academic year. To register a new student, parents/guardians will need to complete enrollment and registration forms, and present a transfer slip (or the most recent report card) from the child's former school district, a birth certificate, and proof of residency. Forms for required medical and dental examinations will be available at the time of registration, and they must be completed and returned at least one week prior to the first day of the 2012/13 school year.
