Jerseys net $15,000 for charity

The St. Patrick’s Day jersey auction held by The Chicago Express raised $15,050 for the American Brain Tumor Association. The Express wore special St. Patrick’s Day jerseys on March 17 against the Trenton Titans and held a live auction after the game. Defenseman Darcy Campbell’s jersey netted $2,000; fan favorite Bobby Robins’ jersey went for $1,000. “I want to thank the fans for helping the Express make the contribution to the American Brain Tumor Association on behalf of Steve Talbott,” said Chicago Express owner Craig Drecktrah. “The Talbott family and I really appreciate all of the support.”
