Learn to improve your memory at Wheeling library

Looking for the word that is on the tip-of-your tongue?

Can’t find your glasses?

Hiding from people because you can’t remember their names?

Author and memory trainer Judy Marcus will demonstrate techniques based on the improved memory skills presented in her book, “Where are My Keys?” at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 10, at the Indian Trails Public Library, 355 S. Schoenbeck Road, Wheeling.

These easy-to-learn memory skills have helped people of all ages who have read her book or attended her nationwide lectures.

Marcus takes the centuries-old memory techniques that were used by ancient memory wizards and combines them with her skills in teaching and public relations to create a fun, easy-to-learn path to better memory.

The goals of her system are to strengthen the ability to retain information and then recall whatever facts you need upon demand.
