Too many drivers blocking fire station

Open letter to the drivers who use Ela and Palatine roads. I live across the street from the fire station on Ela and Palatine roads in Inverness. It absolutely appalls

me why drivers do not know the rules or do not obey them when the firemen activate their sirens for an emergency.

Drivers pull right in their path. The signs say “Do not block the station” and they block. Stupidity, ignorance, not paying attention — whatever, it is a total lack of safety for the firemen who are trying to do their jobs.

Drivers — look around, Pay attention. Someday that emergency might be yours.
