An man accused of stealing $2,356 worth of alcohol from two Dominick's Finer Foods stores in Palatine will be free until his next court date after his mother posted $1,500 in bail.

Krystian Binkowski, 22, of the 2300 block of North Verde Drive in Arlington Heights, is charged with felony retail theft.

Assistant State's Attorney Lesley Gool said security footage shows Binkowski taking $804 worth of alcohol from the Dominick's at 615 E. Dundee Road in Palatine on Nov. 18. She said footage also shows him on Thursday leaving a Dominick's at 720 W. Euclid Ave. in Palatine without paying for $314 of alcohol, and later that day stealing again from the Dominick's at 615 E. Judge Howard L. Fink set Binkowski's bond at $15,000, of which 10 percent had to be posted.
