Learn the basics of sushi at Shaw's

Learn sushiClass is in session on sushi basics at Shaw's Sushi School on Saturday, March 6. A cooking demonstration takes place from 11:45 a.m. to 12:45 p.m., and the day includes a sashimi knife discussion, garnish decorations, a sashimi tasting and a wasabi tasting.
