COD Students Creating Culinary Delights for Lunch, Dinner and the Market
Sep 19, 2017 5:22 PM - College of DuPage students are serving up culinary creations this fall in Waterleaf and the Culinary Market. The student-run Waterleaf serves fresh regional American cuisine prepared by students in the Culinary & Pastry Arts and Service classes. Lunch seatings are at 11:15, 11:30 and 11:45 a.m. on Thursdays and Fridays through Dec. 1. Featured fare this fall is American South, Sept. 7 to 22; New England, Sept. 28 to Oct. 13; Central Plains, Oct. 19 to Nov. 3; and Mid-Atlantic, Nov. 9 to Dec. 1.
