  • 2nd lawsuit in fatal 2012 Campton Hills crash over stolen car Dec 2, 2014 4:59 PM
    An Elgin woman who was injured in a 2012 crash caused by a woman driving a stolen car out of Wheaton has filed a lawsuit seeking damages for negligence. Erin Pazin, who was a passenger in a car hit by Jennifer M. Liston, of Madison, Wis., has sued Liston's estate and a Wheaton man for not stopping Liston from driving. Liston was killed in the head-on crash, as was Pazin's boyfriend, Zachary Bingham, 18, of Maple Park, and his dog. Bingham's survivors have sued the sheriff's department for negligence in chasing Liston.
