    Huntley Area Public Library will be closed for two days this month for repairs, officials said Wednesday. The library, at 11000 Ruth Road, will be closed Oct. 14 and 15 for building maintenance, during which time book drops will not be allowed and some programs will be canceled.

The library will mark its silver anniversary with events each month starting with a fundraiser in February.
