Village of Campton Hills to present Outstanding Citizen Award winner

The village of Campton Hills cordially invites you to a presentation of its first Outstanding Citizen Award at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 16.

The winner will be announced in a short program as part of the regular business meeting of the village board.

Refreshments will be served after the award presentation.

This award will be presented to a Campton Hills resident or business owner operating/living in Campton Hills who has met the following criteria:

• Must be a Village of Campton Hills resident or business that directly supports Campton Hills.

• The nominee has continuing history of voluntary service to the community that has made a significant, positive difference in the quality of life in Campton Hills.

• The nominee has made a commitment of personal time that directly benefits the Village of Campton Hills.

Nomination forms were due Nov. 1.

The board meeting and Outstanding Citizen Award presentation will take place at the Campton Township Community Center, 5N082 Old Lafox Road, Campton Hills.
