Lavelle Law Relocates Main Office to Schaumburg

Lavelle Law, Ltd., the 26 attorney firm which has been located in Palatine for the past decade has moved to a new location in Schaumburg. The firm has listed its current property at 501 W. Colfax for sale. Some attorneys and staff will remain in the firm's Chicago location on North LaSalle as well.

Under the terms of the 11 year agreement, Lavelle Law will occupy 12,620 square feet of space on the 6th floor of a building at 1933 N. Meacham Road, in Schaumburg. The transaction was handled by Randy Olczyk of Chicagoland Commercial Real Estate. Financial terms of the lease were not announced.

"We have enjoyed our relationship with the Village of Palatine," said Lavelle Law partner Steven Migala. "Unfortunately with our continued growth and the need to better serve our clients, the Schaumburg location best meets our current and projected needs."

In addition to the 26 attorneys in the firm, Lavelle Law employs approximately 20 support personnel.

"We will have much more office and work space for all of our employees, we will triple or conference room space, and for the first time, be able to provide ample parking for our employees and clients," said Migala.

Lavelle Law has long been known for its commitment to events and organizations in the community and Migala provided assurance that the culture of local involvement would not change. "It is central to who we are as a firm."
