Available on DVD for the first time, this two-disc collection features some of the highlights from Jerry Lewis' show which ran on NBC from 1967-69. The show was a variety format with Lewis playing a wide range of characters in sketches with guest celebrities. The show combined comedy, singing and dancing. Guests included The Osmond Brothers, Shirley Jones, Don Rickles, Flip Wilson, Joey Heatherton, Janet Leigh, Audrey Meadows and many more.
"Alfred Hitchcock Presents: Season Four"
The great director, called "the master of suspense," hosted an anthology series which told a different story of suspense and murder each week. It felt like a movie of the week, with excellent writing and terrific guest stars. The beauty of each show was that it left us without a true conclusion at the end, and we wondered what we were in store for the following week.
The four-disc set includes all 36 episodes and features guest stars such as Cloris Leachman, Walter Matthau, Leslie Nielsen, Elizabeth Montgomery, Art Carney, William Demarest, Bette Davis and many more.
