The Elgin Youth Football League will host a "Turkey Raffle" from 7 to 11 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 7 at the Douglas Street Sports Bar and Grill, 231 Douglas Ave. in Elgin. Raffle tickets are purchased on site; cost is $1 for two numbers. They will be raffling off turkeys, hams and steaks, as well as other raffle prizes. There will be a free food buffet provided between 7 and 9 p.m.
