Scouting the Los Angeles Sol: Naperville native Brittany Bock returns as part of the first-place Sol's league-best defense. Offensively, the Sol (11-2-5, 38 points) boasts Brazilian sensation Marta, the league's leading scorer, and Camille Abily, No. 2 in the league.
Scouting the Red Stars: The last home game of the season could be the best attended, but the Red Stars (4-9-5, 17 points) will have little to play for. Her team eliminated from the playoffs by last week's loss, coach Emma Hayes is looking to next year and planning changes.
Next game: Wednesday at St. Louis Athletica.
