It was his first healthy scratch since 2006. … Defenseman Rasmus Dahlin, the first overall pick of last year's draft, has 5 goals, 23 assists and is averaging 20:41 of ice time. ... The Sabres, who have played seven of their last nine games on the road, are 14-6-1 at home. … Buffalo's power play is 1-for-25 in the last 10 games.
