Willy Garcia replaces Avisail Garcia in White Sox's lineup

The Chicago White Sox are not the same team that came out of the all-star break, not even close.

General manager Rick Hahn has made four trades over the past two weeks as he continues to rebuild the roster.

Third baseman Todd Frazier is now with the Yankees, and all-star right fielder Avisal Garcia is on the 10-day disabled list with a strained ligament in his right thumb.

Starting pitcher Jose Quintana and relievers David Robertson, Tommy Kahnle, Anthony Swarzak and Dan Jennings have also been dealt.

More moves might be coming before Monday's nonwaiver trade deadline.

Here is how the White Sox line up against the Cubs tonight at Guaranteed Rate Field for the final game of this series, with Willy Garcia replacing Avi Garcia in right:

Anderson - SS

Cabrera - LF

Abreu - 1B

Davidson - 3B

Saladino - DH

Moncada - 2B

W. Garcia - RF

Smith - C

Engel - CF

Pelfrey - SP
