Haxall named Lake County associate judge
Barrington resident Bolling "Bodie" W. Haxall III has been named the newest associate judge in the 19th Judicial Circuit in Lake County.
Haxall, who currently serves as an assistant U.S. attorney, will fill the vacancy created by the retirement of Associate Judge John J. Scully.
Haxall received his bachelor's degree in government and history at Wesleyan University in 1995 and his law degree from the University of Chicago Law School. He is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, the Lake County Bar Association, the Chicago Bar Association, the Illinois Capital Litigation Trial Bar, and the Jefferson Inns of Court.
