Algonquin crash sends 4 to hospital
Four people were taken to the hospital with minor injuries Saturday after a crash on Randall Road in Algonquin, officials say.
An SUV and car collided about 7:30 p.m. at the intersection of Randall Road and Longmeadow Parkway, Algonquin-Lake in the Hills Fire Captain Bill Pelinski said.
Four people in the SUV were taken to a nearby hospital to be treated for minor injuries, Pelinski said.
Both cars were towed.
Police were not immediately available to comment on the cause of the crash or whether any citations were issued.
Randall Road near Longmeadow Parkway was closed for about an hour.
