Kids Nature Funfest June 4 in Lake County
Kids Nature Funfest will be held from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday, June 4, at the Greenbelt Cultural Center, 1215 Green Bay Road, North Chicago.
The free event is open to families with children 12 and under. Adult supervision is required. Activities include fort building, insect netting, creative nature art, exploration, crafts, and live animals.
The event is part of the Lake County Nature Network initiative to improve children's physical, social, and emotional well-being through outdoor play and exploration. Visit www.LCFPD.org/events for more information.
