Chicago man charged in Glendale Heights drug probe
A 27-year-old Chicago man has been charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance after a lengthy drug investigation by Glendale Heights police, authorities said.
Police said they arrested Maurice R. Truss of the 4000 block of S. Drexel Blvd., after serving a search warrant early Wednesday morning at a home on the 1300 block of Davine Drive in Glendale Heights, where investigators seized ecstasy, cash and items used for packaging and selling narcotics.
Truss, who was present during the search, was transported to DuPage County jail where he was being held for bond court.
