Think through the key questions on guns
Let's think it through. What guns should be banned? The last few atrocities were using shotguns and pistols. Would they be banned after the automatic rifles are gone?
Who would turn their guns in? Law-abiding citizens who by definition are law abiding.
Who would be left with firearms? Crooks, gangbangers, radicals.
How would those guns be confiscated? Militarily.
What is the citizen to do in the case of a despotic leader?
The framers of the Constitution were brilliant and forward thinking. That is why a judiciary that follows the Constitution is essential. Changes should be made via Amendment not by judges
