Put limits on donations to politicians

After spending more than a year listening to and also reading numerous commentaries in the media about various conspiracy theories and the dangers of Russian involvement in our democratic political process, I can't help but wonder aloud why there isn't the same level of concern when an organization, such as the NRA, can control an entire body of Congress. Perhaps they control the media also?

If not, then I hope that somebody in the media will have the courage to publish a list showing the amount of donations made by the NRA in the last year or two to each sitting member of the U.S. Congress and to the two candidates in the last presidential election. I think if that information is circulated, the educated public can draw their own conclusions about what I believe is a very real threat to our democracy: the lack of reasonable limitations on donations made to politicians by organizations or individuals.
