Resisters putting nation at risk
When I read about the RESIST movement it terrifies me. Not only because it is a severe and thoughtless effort but also because the effort involves America's most powerful and influential.
What is so terrifying about it all is that these powerful and influential groups fail to comprehend the tragic consequences of their extreme actions.
The Democrats forcing Republican President Nixon out of office in the 1970s led to the Republicans' attempt to force Democratic President Clinton out of office in the 1990s. And today the back-and-forth efforts are much more extreme than in the 1970s and the 1990s.
Today, resisters are utilizing violence and threats of violence. Federal Court judges consistently block the president's executive orders. National monuments are being demolished, and these groups are now demanding that Americans choose sides. If these groups succeed in forcing President Trump out of office, it is certain that the Republicans and their supporters will respond in kind.
As the back and forth intensifies, what we will witness is a much more divided and much more unstable America. What we will ultimately witness is America's irreversible and total collapse from within.
A flame has been ignited that guarantees the destruction of this great nation. And I sincerely believe that it is going to take a miracle from God to extinguish the fire.
