Here's how to balance the state budget: Hire a woman with at least two kids in school, grade school, or college (student loans). Clothes, books, she manages all the money. Books, clothes and food. They know how to do it. Put pension money in not only a separate account but at a separate bank. Try to get checks that need two to three signatures.
