Encourage officials to work with Trump
In response to a letter to the editor: "GOP just doesn't care": Again we see in print a "fake headline." This is not a one-man show. But the one man is showing us what he wants to accomplish: Stop illegal immigration; replace the failed Obamacare program; save what can be saved in Social Security, Medicaid, and Medicare; demand intelligence agencies act responsibly; stop the leaks; call out the press for 'fake news'; insure one citizen, one vote; opening up medical insurance to free-market competition; and allow each person to freely select medical coverage.
There are other issues not mentioned: religious freedom, fighting Islamic terrorists, Supreme Court appointments, cutting tax dollars to pay for abortions, keeping boys out of the girls washroom, military strength, international economic and trade treaties.
The Democrats, Republicans and Independents must cooperate within the framework of the Constitution to govern our country.
This is not a one-man show.
Instead of trying to chastise the GOP, how about encouraging our elected officials to deal with the issues.
