Horrible traffic planning
Last year I commented on the nightmare of the second year of road construction at Oakton and Elmhurst roads. So it continued this spring but is almost complete and some of the long-suffering businesses in that strip mall actually survived. Imagine their surprise when they found out the result of all this construction is that cars coming from the West and the South cannot enter the strip mall due to the median they built!. You can only enter the mall from the north or from the east and then you can't go back the way you came. Brilliant.
