Camping World Holdings Inc., a large network of RV-centric retail locations, signed an agreement to acquire Russ Dean RV located in Pasco, Washington, the Lincolnshire-based company said Wednesday.

"Over the past 40 years, Russ Dean RV has established itself as a successful and well-known RV dealership in the state of Washington," said Marcus Lemonis, Chairman and CEO of Camping World Holdings. "We are pleased to announce this acquisition and look forward to the continued expansion of our market share throughout the Pacific Northwest."

Camping World recently announced the planned expansion of its RV sales locations by more than 30 percent through the launch of Gander RV Sales, new store openings and continued acquisitions. The acquisition of Russ Dean RV is in line with the company's future growth plans.

Camping World currently operates three Washington locations in Burlington, Spokane and Fife, with services ranging from RV sales, service and retail accessories.

"Our goal with this acquisition is to continue adding quality manufacturers and brands, increase our presence in the market and expand the distribution of our Good Sam portfolio of products and services," said Brent Moody, COO of Camping World. "We continue to successfully execute our expansion strategy and we believe adding Russ Dean RV to our dealership network will strengthen our position in the Pacific Northwest region."
