Des Plaines Office Equipment employee honored

Des Plaines Office Equipment said Wednesday that Solutions Sales Specialist Nicole Miceli of Palatine, has achieved Gold Level Certification for the 6th consecutive year.

This certification, issued by Sharp Electronics, is the highest level awarded to sales representatives and requires hours of studying and the successful completion of a series comprehensive examinations. There are three different tiers of the Sharp certification - bronze, silver and gold.

Miceli has been the leading solutions sales specialist for the Chicago Branch since 2013. In addition, she oversees the social media efforts for the company, including Facebook and LinkedIn platforms. She is a member of the River North Business Association, and the Magnificent Mile Association. She is also active in the Avon Foundation.

"Nicole has done a great job staying ahead of the changes in our industry. Her commitment to achieving this gold star certification is one example of her commitment to excellence," said Chip Miceli, president of Des Plaines Office Equipment.
