CDK Global in Hoffman Estates teams up with Nissan

CDK Global, an enabler of end-to-end automotive commerce, has been named the preferred provider in the Nissan Dealer website program for all franchised U.S. dealerships. Hoffman Estates-based CDK and Nissan have teamed up to provide a first-rate offering that will help dealers develop better relationships with their customers through their websites.

CDK is providing an integrated solution for Nissan's dealers that includes personalization features to deliver a relevant shopping experience to car shoppers, the ability for dealers to offer online retailing that begins the deal-building process, and SEO optimization tools to connect dealerships with in-market shoppers. The CDK website bundles also offer exclusive integrations with Nissan that are not available from other website providers, including a robust design theme library, window stickers, audience tagging, inventory, lead routing, national and regional content, and most importantly, Nissan national and regional offers and incentives.

The Nissan Digital Marketing Program is a voluntary program for its dealers that provides digital marketing tools that help elevate Nissan's interactions with customers to 'best-in-class' status. CDK Global has an enormous data ecosystem on which this offering is built that makes Nissan dealers' marketing smarter and more powerful.

"We are very excited to work closely with Nissan dealers to enhance their online marketing efforts," stated Max Steckler, vice president product management for CDK Global. "The Nissan Dealer website Program arms dealers with powerful tools to connect their online and in-store efforts and build deep relationships with their customers, and we are honored to serve these dealers to do great things together."
